Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for payment.

We charge your card immediately when your order is entered. This is done for security purposes so that no one will have access to your credit card number.  If you receive an email that your payment was declined, possible issues might be invalid, such as your billing address or zip code, invalid expiration date on card, invalid security code (4 digits on front for American Express, 3 digits on back for all other card types). Please check these issues and retry. If your card is still being declined call your card company and see if they might have some type of block on your card.

Tracking Information

UPS Ground Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. This is usually the 1-2 business days after the order was confirmed.

Damaged Policy

IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, please notify us by email or give us a call and provide a description and images of the damage.  We will either try to replace or refund the damaged item(s).
